About FC-OC 2007

FC-OC 2007 is a Section 21 Company which is run not for profit. FC-OC 2007 runs an anti-crime and rehabilitation campaign, which is a Mazlen initiative. The campaign started in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa in 2007. It is based on a 'VISION' which is to set up LEARNING, GIVING and TRAINING Centres, first in Gauteng, then in the other 8 Provinces of South Africa, and around the World. The 'VISION' is a natural progression of the founder Michael Harris's ("Michael") original 'vision' which started in one Prison in South Africa in 2000 and which has spread across South Africa into 180 Prisons and also into many Prisons in the World.
At these three Centres various courses will be run to train people to go into Prisons as spiritual workers and to work in the Community. A certificate will be issued to those who complete the courses. People coming out of Prison will be encouraged to attend at these Centres where LEARNING, TRAINING, food, shelter, will be provided - all with a view to help with, and encourage, the rehabilitation and the re-integration of released Prisoners back into their Communities.
The present work for the Lord through FC-OC 2007.
"The same bank that Liquidated Mazlen Holdings (Pty) Ltd and then Sequestrated my personal Estate has supplied the funds to reinstate my own Estate and for The Mazlen Trust to take transfer of a property (after a 10 year struggle with this bank) which is to be used as the LEARNING centre. This bank has already supplied the funds to evict the so-called "squatters" and to re-habilitate the building. I Praise the GOOD Lord, for only He can achieve such a thing as this !"
This same bank has promised further funding/sponsorship to help finance this 'VISION' from the Lord which is to set up these three buildings and to run this anti crime and rehabilitation campaign, as a Mazlen Initiative.
Two articles were written by noseweek, which is an investigative magazine dedicated to exposing wrongdoings and wrongdoers. These two articles tell of the epic 10 year 'fight' with this bank which Michael endured in his struggle to remain faithful to that which the Lord 'told' him to do with 'his' properties, after the death of his son in 1994. Ref is at www.noseweek.co.zaIssue number 87 January 2007 and no.100 February 2008.
The Mazlen Trust has three properties which Michael has dedicated to his work for the Lord. These properties are to be used by FC-OC 2007 as a LEARNING Centre, as a GIVING Centre and as a TRAINING (Rehabilitation) Centre. The 'VISION' is to use these 3 buildings in line with three Bible verses:
